Once again, we are thrilled to present three Summer Chamber Music Concerts. These informal concerts will take place at Holmewood House School in June and July, each performance is followed by complimentary coffee and cake!
Free entry, with a retiring collection.
The June 2nd recital will be guitar and strings, featuring Will Scott and a string quartet formed from the RTWSO string players. The feature piece will be Boccherini’s 9th guitar quintet, including a “retreat from Madrid” and some other treats.
On July 7th the Clarius trio will perform some of its favourite pieces – the trio is Clarinet, Cello and Piano, for which there is so much delicious repertoire that they haven’t chosen their programme yet!
On July 21st the Albion clarinet quartet will provide an insight into what the RTWSO clarinet section does in its spare time – getting together with friends like bass clarinets, bassethorns and Eb sopraninos, and entertaining anyone who will listen.
